How will my games get determined?

For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Holder. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

Online Draft
New partner will participate in Online Draft. Draft will be held at a time and date agreeable to the majority of partners. Draft picks will be based on the number of games each partner is purchasing. Draft Order will be set fairly giving all partners a pick in the first round and the remaining picks will be fairly determined based on the proportion of games owned by each partner. The Draft Order shall NOT unfairly benefit or harm any partner(s). All games and tickets shall be included in the draft.

Since I assume you are marking up the ticket prices by a reasonable amount, shouldn't I also get a right to buy post-season tickets for these seats?

I am not marking up the tickets one cent. That is exactly what I pay for them per ticket.

Yes, I meant 20 games (80 tickets) When I asked about post-season, I meant to confirm that we would be eligible to buy our pro rata share of post-season tickets in a similar fashion to the selection of the regular season lottery for tickets. And as for the regular season, would we rotate the right to select which games we want, or would the game be randomly selected by the sponsor or Astros and assigned in order to the buyers of these tickets?

For the regular season, we will have a draft not a lottery. When it's your turn, you pick any game that's still available. Assuming I have one quarter-share partner, in each round I will pick three and the partner will pick one. If there is a second partner, I'd pick two and each of the partners would pick one each round. In either case a quarter-share partner gets one pick each round of four picks. Hope that helps. I am not including post-season access for these seats. What I can promise is to provide the post-season pre-sale access that season ticket holders get which for this year allowed you to buy tickets before they go on sale to the public. When I went on this site which coincidently opened this morning for the 2026 post-season, there were good club level seats available for the Wild Card and Division Series (only ones opened today) No guarantees about what might happen next year but I assume it will be similar.

If I buy 20 seats, I understand that we will select games by random lottery. Please confirm. Also, would this purchase entitle me to playoff tickets?

Just to clarify, I assume you mean 20 games (80 tickets, the minimum)? If so, you would get one of every four draws. Post-season tickets are not including in any season ticket subscription and have to be purchased separately at higher per seat prices than the regular season. Hope that helps.
